Privacy Policy

Farmware respects your privacy. This site is a simple marketing website — we do not run online checkout, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

When you contact us through WhatsApp, phone, email, or the message form on our Contact page, we receive whatever information you choose to send us — typically your name and the products you're asking about. We use that only to reply to your enquiry.

Contact form

Our "Send a quick message" form does not store your message on any server. It simply opens WhatsApp on your device with your message prefilled. You choose whether to send it.

Third parties

Messages sent via WhatsApp are handled under Meta's WhatsApp Privacy Policy. Emails are handled under our email provider's policy. We share your details with no one else.

Your rights over your data

If you have a Farmware account you are in control of the information we hold. Sign in and open My account → Privacy & data, where you can:

Download your data — a PDF containing your email, name, phone, delivery details and your full order history.
Delete your account — your login, saved details and delivery address are erased permanently.

You can also ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or object to how we use your information, by emailing us.

How long we keep things

Completed orders are kept as financial and tax records. When you delete your account, those orders remain in our books but your name, phone, email and delivery address are removed from them and they are no longer connected to you.
